Wellford Landfill Disposal Fees
EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2007
These fees apply to commercial/business garbage when it is brought directly to the Wellford Landfill, located at 595 Little Mountain Road, Wellford, SC 29385.

- MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE (MSW) $33 per TON
- LEAD BASED MATERIAL $37 per TON
- CONSTRUCTION & DEMOLITION (C&D) $25 per TON
*(includes leaves, grass clippings and stumps) - YARD WASTE DEBRIS $15 per TON
*(clean brush, sticks, logs that are six feet long or less) - ELECTRONIC RECYCLING $500 per TON
*(computers, printers, fax machines, copiers) - CARDBOARD SURCHARGE $66 per TON

SPECIAL HANDLING SURCHARGE $100
*(loads requiring assistance or removal of unacceptable waste items by County personnel) -
WASTE TIRES
Standard Passenger $1.50 per tire or $150/ton
Oversized Tires $3.50 per tire
